In 1910, brothers “Bud” and “Temp” Abernathy, ages 10 and 6, made a solo
journey on horseback from Fredericks, Oklahoma, to New York City to meet
Theodore Roosevelt. For the return trip, they drove a Brush Motor Car, made in
Detroit, back to Oklahoma. Learn the true story of these amazing peewee
adventurers presented by automotive historian, Jay Follis. Coffee and
breakfast items will be served.
