Detroit’s most historic venue, the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant, is an iconic and breathtaking place to get married. Against a backdrop of the museum’s antique vehicles and its gorgeous patina, your event becomes an instant classic. The museum can accommodate both a wedding ceremony and the celebration afterwards. There are a variety of large and intimate spaces to choose from, or that work in perfect combination to support your special occasion. Docents are available to help your guests experience the rich history of the birthplace of the Model T, the car that put the world on wheels.
This U.S. National Historic Landmark has played host to hundreds of events ranging from micro weddings to parties of up to 300 guests. The facility can provide tables, chairs, couches, bars and other necessary equipment, or you can customize your floorplan. Preferred vendors at a variety of price points are recommended for outstanding catering, bartending and other needs. Free, secure parking is available for your guests in the museum’s lot on Piquette.
